General Membership Policy

• All memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

• Membership benefits are valid for active members only.

• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or exchanged.

• Benefits may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.

• Valid photo ID and membership verification may be required.

Dine-In Policy

• All complimentary items, discounts, and rewards are valid for dine-in service only.

• Membership perks cannot be used for online orders, takeout, delivery, or third-party apps.

Member Usage Policy

• Membership benefits may only be used by the registered loyalty member.

• Complimentary items and discounts cannot be transferred to guests or other tables.

• One membership may not be used across multiple tabs or parties.

Complimentary Item Restrictions

• Complimentary entrées are limited to listed menu items within the stated value limits.

• Complimentary cocktails apply to select house cocktails only.

• Hookah benefits apply to regular hookahs only unless otherwise stated.

• Premium liquor, specialty menu items, and reserve bottles may be excluded.

Bottle Service Policy

• Bottle discounts are valid for the active member only.

Abuse & Misuse Policy

• Bar 42 reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, fraud, excessive abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of membership policies.

• Management reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time.
